Time and Fee Analysis by Firm Report |
| The Time and Fee Analysis by Firm screen is divided into two sections; System Parameters and User
Parameters. In the System Parameters section, the user must specify
details for the format of the report; in the User Parameters section, the user must
specify details pertaining to the content of the report. For general information on
running reports and on defining System Parameters, please refer to the Running Reports help document. |
Report Description |
| The Time and Fee Analysis by Firm Report is generated based on a user specified
Accounting Period. For the accounting year specified, the report displays the following
for each month: Fees Billed (Current Year Actual, Current Year Target, Current Year
Variance, and Previous Year Actual), Hours Billed (Current Year Actual, and Current Year
Target, and Previous Year Actual), and Hours Worked (Current Year Actual, Current Year
Target, and Previous Year Actual). Totals are presented per column, for Billable Totals,
and Non-Billable Totals for the current year. For each Timekeeper, the following is also
displayed: Work in Progress Hours, Work in Progress Fees, Effective Rate, and Standard
Rates. |

Accounting Month From the list provided, the user must select the Accounting Month for which the report will be produced. The user also has the option to manually enter the Accounting Month. This field defaults to the current Accounting Month.
