Interim Billing Report

The Interim Billing Report screen is divided into two sections; System Parameters and User Parameters. In the System Parameters section, the user must specify details for the format of the report; in the User Parameters section, the user must specify details pertaining to the content of the report. Report Description

The Interim Billing Report displays details for all Interim Bills. The report is generated based on for a user specified Office and Department, and can be produced in four different formats; sorted by Bill Number; sorted by Client Number and then Matter Number; sorted by Responsible Timekeeper; or sorted by Bill Date. For each Interim Bill, the following information is displayed: Bill Number, Client Number, Matter Number, Bill Entity Number, Responsible Timekeeper Number, Bill Date, Fees, Disbursements, Tax, and the Total Bill Amount. Report Totals are displayed for Fees, Disbursements, Tax, and Total Bill Amounts.

 

User Parameters

User Parameters

Office
From the list provided, the user must select
the name of the Office for which the report will be produced. The names of all Offices associated with your Firm will be displayed in the list. To include all Offices in the report, the user must select the Select All option. The user also has the option to manually enter the unique identifier of the Office. This field defaults to the Select All option (i.e. by default, all Offices will be included in the report).

Department X to X
From the lists provided, the user must select range of Departments for which the report will be produced. The names of all Departments associated with your Firm will be displayed in the lists. To include all Departments in the report, the user must select the Select All options. The user also has the option to manually enter the unique identifiers of the Departments. These fields defaults to the Select All options (i.e. by default, all Departments will be included in the report).

Sort By
From the list provided, the user must select the order by which the report information will be organized. Valid options include: by Bill Number; by Client/Matter Number; by Billing Timekeeper; by Responsible Timekeeper; or by Bill Date. The user also has the option to manually enter their Sort By selection. This field defaults to the Bill Number option.
