Report Description

The Time Recorder Listing Report is generated based on a user specified Timekeeper and a user specified range of dates. The report can be produced in three different formats: it may include all Transactions, Billable Transactions only, or Non-Billable Transactions only.

For the specified Timekeeper and range of dates, the report displays Time Entry Transactions. The report information is divided into Posted and Non-Posted Transactions and is grouped by Transaction Date. Details for each transaction include the following: Transaction Date, Client Number and Name, Matter Number and Name, Month and Year Posted, Verb Code and Description, Timekeeper Number, Billable Status, Hours, and Fees. For Non-Posted Transactions, the Non-Posted Message (i.e. reason why the transaction has not been posted) is also displayed.

For each Transaction Date, totals for Hours and Fees are displayed (i.e. the sum of the Hours and Fees from all Time Entry Transactions posted on that day). Grand totals are presented for Posted Transactions and Non-Posted Transactions.
