Timekeeper Report

The Timekeeper Report screen is divided into two sections; System Parameters and User Parameters. In the System Parameters section, the user must specify details for the format of the report; in the User Parameters section, the user must specify details pertaining to the content of the report. Report Description
The Timekeeper Report is generated based on a user specified Timekeeper and a user specified range of dates. For the specified Office, range of Departments, range of Timekeepers, and range of dates, the report displays Time Entry Transactions. For each Time Entry record, the following is displayed: Client Number and Name, Matter Number, Month, Year, Number of Hours, Fee Amount, and Time Entry Description. Report content is grouped by Timekeeper, and then by Client within each Timekeeper grouping. Totals are presented per Timekeeper (i.e. Timekeeper Total, Billable Posted Total, Billable Non-Posted Total, and Non-Billable Total).
User Parameters

Office
From the list provided, the user must select the Office for which the report will be produced. The names of all Offices associated with your Firm will be displayed in the list. To include all Offices in the report, the user must select the "Select All" option. This field defaults to the Select All option.

Department X to X
From the lists provided, the user must select the range of Departments to be included in the report. The names of all Departments associated with your Firm will be displayed in the list. The user also has the option to manually enter the unique identifiers of the Departments. To include all Departments in the report, the user must select the "Select All" option in both fields. These fields default to the Select All options.

Timekeeper X to X
From the lists provided, the user must select the range of Timekeepers for whom the report will be generated. The user also has the option to manually enter the unique identifiers of the Timekeepers. These fields default to the Select All options (i.e. by default, all Timekeepers will be included in the report).

Start Date X to X
The user must manually enter the range of dates for which the report will be generated. These fields default to the current system date.

Sort By
From the list provided, the user must select the way in which the report information will be displayed. Valid options include: Timekeeper Name, Timekeeper Number, and Seating Order. This field defaults to the Timekeeper Name option.
