Timekeeper Rates Listing

The Timekeeper Rates Listing screen is divided into two sections; System Parameters and User Parameters. In the System Parameters section, the user must specify details for the format of the report; in the User Parameters section, the user must specify details pertaining to the content of the report. For general information on running reports and on defining System Parameters, please refer to the Running Reports help document.
Report Description
The Timekeeper Rates Listing displays the various rates for Timekeepers, and is generated based on a user specified range and status of Timekeepers, and for a specific starting date. For those Timekeepers within the selected range, the following is displayed: Timekeeper Number and Name, Default Rate Amount, Alternate Rate Type and Description, Effective Date, and Rate Amount.
User Parameters

Start Timekeeper, End Timekeeper
From the lists provided, the user must select the range of Timekeepers for whom the report will be generated. The user also has the option to manually enter the unique identifiers of the Timekeepers. These fields default to the first and last Timekeepers in the lists (i.e. by default, all Timekeepers will be included in the report).

Timekeeper Status
From the list provided, the user must select the status of Timekeepers that will be included in the report. Valid options are All Timekeepers (i.e. Active and Inactive), and Active Timekeepers Only. This field defaults to the All Timekeepers option.

Show All Rates After
The user must manually enter the date as of which Timekeeper rates will be reported. This field defaults to the current system date, but for the previous year.
