Report Description

The Posted Time Status Report is generated based on a user specified range of Timekeepers, Clients, Matters, and Dates. Report information is sorted first by Timekeeper, and then by Matter.

For all Posted Time Entries within the specified ranges, the following information is displayed: Timekeeper Number and Name, Matter Number and Name, Time Entry Description, Transaction Date, Hours, Fees, and the Status of the Time Entry (i.e. Billed, Unbilled, Transferred, or Deleted). Totals are displayed as follows: Billable Time Totals for each Matter (i.e. hours and fees); Matter Totals (i.e. both Billable and Non-Billable hours and fees for each Matter); and Timekeeper Totals (i.e. total hours and fees for all Matters for that Timekeeper). Report information is grouped by Timekeeper.
