Non-Billable Time by Timekeeper Report

The Non-Billable Time by Timekeeper Report screen is divided into two sections; System Parameters and User Parameters. In the System Parameters section, the user must specify details for the format of the report; in the User Parameters section, the user must specify details pertaining to the content of the report. Report Description

The Non-Billable Time by Timekeeper Report displays details regarding Non-Billable Time, and is generated based on a user specified Office, range of Departments, range of Timekeepers, range of Clients, range of Matters, and range of Dates. The report can be produced in two different formats: sorted by Date, or sorted by Timekeeper and then by Date. For each Non-Billable Time record included in the report, the following is displayed: Client Number and Name, Matter Number and Name, Transaction Date, Timekeeper Number and Name, Time Code Number and Description, and the number of Non-Billable Hours. Report information is grouped first by Client and Matter, and then by Office and Department.

 

User Parameters

Office
From the list provided, the user must select the Office for which the report will be produced. The names of all Offices associated with your Firm will be displayed in the list. To include all Offices in the report, the user must select the "Select All" option. This field defaults to the Select All option.

Department X to X
From the lists provided, the user must select the range of Departments to be included in the report. The names of all Departments associated with your Firm will be displayed in the list. The user also has the option to manually enter the unique identifiers of the Departments. To include all Departments in the report, the user must select the "Select All" option in both fields. These fields default to the Select All options.

Start Timekeeper, End Timekeeper
From the lists provided, the user must select the range of Timekeepers for whom the report will be produced. The user also has the option to manually enter the unique identifiers for the Timekeepers. These fields default to the first and last Timekeepers in the list.

Client No X to X
The user must manually enter the unique identifiers defining the range of Clients to be included in the report. These fields default to the first and last possible Clients.

Matter No X to X
The user must manually enter the unique identifiers defining the range of Matters to be included in the report. These fields default to the first and last possible Matters.

Date X to X
The user must manually enter the range of dates for which the report will be generated. These fields default to the current system date.

Order By
The report can be generated in two different formats: sorted by Date, or sorted by Timekeeper and then by Date. This field defaults to the Date option.
