The Missing Time Report screen is divided into two sections; System Parameters and User Parameters. In the System Parameters section, the user must specify details for the format of the report; in the User Parameters section, the user must specify details pertaining to the content of the report. The Missing Time Report is generated based on a user specified range of Timekeepers and a user specified Calendar Month and Year. The report information is grouped by Timekeeper. For each Timekeeper, and for each day in the specified Month, the following information is provided: Transaction Date, Day of the Week, Posted Billable Hours, Posted Non-Billable Hours, Total Posted Hours, Non-Posted Billable Hours, Non-Posted Non-Billable Hours, and Total Non-Posted Hours. Note: Two asterisks indicate the Missing Time Docket for that day. The following totals for the specified Month are provided: Total Posted Billable Hours, Total Posted Non-Billable Hours, Total Posted Hours (i.e. Posted Billable + Posted Non-Billable), Total Non-Posted Billable Hours, Total Non-Posted Non-Billable Hours, and Total Non-Posted Hours (i.e. Non-Posted Billable + Non-Posted Non-Billable).

Start Timekeeper, End
Timekeeper From the lists provided, the user must select the range of Timekeepers to be included in the report. The user also has the option to manually enter the unique identifiers of the Timekeepers. These fields default to the first and last Timekeepers in the list.
