Chronological WIP History Report

The Chronological WIP History Report screen is divided into two sections; System Parameters and User Parameters. In the System Parameters section, the user must specify details for the format of the report; in the User Parameters section, the user must specify details pertaining to the content of the report. For general information on running reports and on defining System Parameters, please refer to the Running Reports help document.
Report Description
The Chronological WIP History report can be generated for a user specified range of Clients and Matters. The report displays each Client/Matter's WIP History, and details the following: Major Client Number, Bill Entity Number, Client Number, Matter Number, Bill Number, Bill Date, Fees, Disbursements, Fee Tax, Disbursement Tax, and Bill Total.
User Parameters

Client X to X
The user must manually enter the unique identifiers defining the range of Clients for whom the report will be generated. These fields default to the first and last possible Clients.

Matter X to X
The user must manually enter the unique identifiers defining the range of Matters for which the report will be generated. These fields default to the first and last possible Matters.

Suppress Zero
From the list provided, the user must select whether or not zero balances will be displayed in the report. Valid options are "Y" (Yes), and "N" (No). This field defaults to the Yes option.
